EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a relatively new discovery that has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues in a matter of minutes.

You may have reached this site by surfing the web, directed from another site, or were searching for something about EFT. In any event here you are. How I got here goes back to the year 2000 when I was attending a 3 day Workshop that was put on by Peak Potentials. On the first day, in the evening Paul Cutright gave a talk and demonstration of EFT and how it cleared the energy fields in the body.

He also said that this would work on skeptics as well - that was me.

He invited us to look inside and see if we had any fears, pains or emotional events that we could measure on a scale of 0 -10 with 0 being no pain and 10 being it is soo baddd!!. For me it was a right hip joint that would freeze up on me if I sat in hard chairs for more than 15 minutes. When I went to stand and walk I would limp for the first 10 to 15 steps until the joint freed up. There was also a measurable pain at the site as well, which I rated a 5. We did two rounds of EFT.

The pain that was there in the beginning was now a tingling sensation and I rated it a 0. The next test was to stand up and walk which I did with no problem what so ever. I was amazed. It has been that way ever since and I’m still amazed.
